Indiana Borough police say 52-year-old Peter Miltz of Indiana has been charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after an incident in the 500 block of Philadelphia Street shortly after 11 o’clock Saturday night.
Police were summoned for a civil dispute and say Miltz was intoxicated and disorderly. He was taken to the Indiana County Jail, as a ride for him could not be obtained.
