Indiana Borough Police have charged an Indiana man with a single count of terroristic threats after a domestic incident Tuesday afternoon at an apartment at 100 Oak Street.
26-year-old Travis Kendrick was arraigned before District Judge Guy Haberl and ordered held at the Indiana County Jail, with bond set at $25,000. He has three other currently active cases in Haberl’s court…a landlord/tenant dispute, a harassment/physical contact case, and a disorderly conduct charge. All three of those cases are due to be heard by the judge on January 31st.
In the latest incident, Kendrick is charged with making verbal threats to his girlfriend. He’s scheduled for a preliminary hearing, also on January 31st.
