Dolores I. Rura, 87, of Coral, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2017, at Beacon Ridge Nursing Home, Indiana. She was a daughter of Alfred and Edna (Clark) Kaylor, and was born Dec. 23, 1929, in Westmoreland County.
Dolores was a member of the Homer City Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by her children, Susanne (Ralph) Muir, Penn View, Blairsville RD; Matthew F. Rura, Coral; and Samuel (Thia) Rura, Belford, N.J.; eight grandchildren; and 18-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Rura, who died Oct. 18, 2017; her daughter, Laurie Skoff; sister, Vivian Kaylor Hill; and brothers James, Richard, John and WR Kaylor.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. The C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pennsylvania is one of fifteen states that does not require any form of identification in order to vote. Meanwhile, eight states require photo ID in order to vote with no exceptions. What should Pennsylvania do?
