State police have charged an Indiana Man with possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident in the parking lot of the Blairsville-area Goodwill. Police say they were called out around 11:41 AM on Friday to Resort Plaza Drive in Burrell Township for a report of theft of money from a motor vehicle. During the investigation, police found a metal smoking pipe with suspected burnt marijuana inside a car belonging to Rocco Femia the third, a 20-year-old Indiana Man. He was arrested and processed at the state police barracks, and a criminal complaint was filed with district judge Jennifer Rega.
Three people are charged with retail theft for an incident back in August.
