Four players hit double figures as the undefeated IUP women’s basketball team ran their record to 8-0 with a 61-54 win over Bowie State yesterday at the KCAC.
Brittany Robinson had a double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds, while Carolyn Appleby tallied 19, Megan Smith 14 and Lauren Wolosik chipped in with 12 points.
Both IUP teams head for a doubleheader at Mansfield University tomorrow. The twin bill will be broadcast on WCCS AM 1160 and FM 101.1 beginning at 12:50 pm.
