INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE
An Indiana man has been charged with criminal trespass and defiant trespass. This happened on December 3rd at a home on North Carpenter Avenue. Police say 30-year-old Joshua Gates broke into the home around 9:15 in the morning on Sunday. A criminal complaint was filed with District Judge Suzanne Steffee.

State police are investigating the theft of a motor vehicle in White Township earlier this week. Police say that an unknown person took a vehicle parked in front of a home on Spring Street between midnight and 9:21 AM on December 3rd. Police say the vehicle, a 2007 grey Kia Rio, was unlocked and the keys were left on the dashboard. The victim of the theft, a woman who was not identified, also said that her Australian/German Sheppard mix puppy went missing as well. State Police are also investigating the theft of some drugs from a home in White Township. Police say that the victim, an unidentified woman, reported that 58 Klonopin pills, stored in a bottle sitting on a living room bookshelf, were taken between 11:47 AM and 12:20 PM on December 2nd. Klonopin is a drug that is used to treat epilepsy.
