Over 800 members of the REA energy co-operative were without power for a brief time on Tuesday due to downed power lines near a substation.
The outage was reported around 2:39 PM on Tuesday, with 860 members affected to the damage done at the Shadowood Substation. Power was restored within an hour, but some customers in the Ben Franklin Road area had some additional outages as repairs were made to the downed line.
