Sentencing hearings will be held in Indiana County Court today for the following individuals …
- Ray Arden Kleinfelter, Sr., of Kent. He pleaded guilty to a charge of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse-forcible compulsion on August 4th. Charges of corruption of minors and indecent assault were not prosecuted. This was connected to an incident in February of this year.
- Paige Johnson of Indiana, who will be sentenced in two cases. In one case dating back to late December of 2016, she pleaded guilty to a charge of making a false statement under penalty of law, while a charge of falsification of a written statement related to a firearm was dropped. The other case involved a guilty plea to a reduced charge of criminal mischief. charges of harassment and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted.
