Tickets go on sale today for a concert to help the Teddy Bear Fund Drive.
Jeff Jimerson and Airborne will perform in the “Rocking the Stocking” concert December 16th at the KCAC’s Toretti Auditorium in a special benefit concert for the Teddy Bear Fund Drive. Jimerson, while known as the singer of the National Anthem for the Pittsburgh Penguins, has sung with many Pittsburgh-area groups, and was one of the members of B.E. Taylor’s band when they performed their Christmas shows throughout the region.
Jimerson and Airborne were supposed to perform as part of Renda Broadcasting’s Fall-O-Ween Festival, but mother nature had other plans and the concert was rained out. December 16th was avaialble as a make-up date at the Toretti Auditorium.
Tickets go on sale at 10:00 AM. You can buy them at the KCAC Box Office, log on to www.kovalchickcomplex.com or call 1-800-514-3849. Tickets are $15 for the back section of the auditorium and $20 for the front, and the money will go to the Teddy Bear Fund Drive, which raises money for IRMC’s Pediatrics Department and Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh.
