Police reports include two separate drug cases involving heroin in Indiana, a hit-and-run, an incident of disorderly conduct, and a burglary.
Indiana Borough police have filed drug charges against two Indiana residents in separate criminal cases. 32-year-old Joshua Chriswell is accused of having 283 stamp bags of heroin, about seven grams of crack cocaine, and paraphernalia for the sale of drugs in the 400 block of Philadelphia Street on August 23rd. Charges include possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance, and of drug paraphernalia.
An arrest warrant has been issued for 32-year-old Danielle Morgan of Indiana, who is accused of attempting to sell heroin in the 1300 block of Oakland Avenue on October 12th. She’s charged with possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.
Police say a silver-colored Ford F150 pickup truck with a cap hit the rear of a vehicle operated by Casper Kiehl Jr. of Blairsville Saturday morning on Indian Springs Road near the entrance to the Eat-n-Park. The pickup driver fled through the restaurant’s parking lot. The truck has damage to the grille and front bumper.
Indiana Borough police say Levi McMillen will be receiving a citation for disorderly conduct for an incident at Boomerang’s Bar early Sunday morning. Police were called for a disturbance shortly before 1 AM and their interview of witnesses determined that McMillen was acting in a threatening manner.
Police report a burglary in the 400 block of North 6th Street between Wednesday and Saturday. They do not report what was taken.
Accident reports include a crash Thursday morning on Route 286 in White Township. State police say 71-year-old Helen Edwards of Indiana collided with a vehicle driven by 44-year-old Jonathan Stumpf of Commodore at an intersection with an unnamed street. No one was hurt.
Reports also include crashes on Philadelphia street in Indiana, Indiana Street in Plumville, Route 119 in Center Township, and Route 85 in Washington Township.
