IUP senior outside hitter Natalie Cignetti, an Indiana High graduate, has been named the 2017 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Women’s Volleyball Athlete of the Year.
Cignetti and teammate Gabby Egler each earned first team honors as the PSAC announced its 2017 all-league teams. Also IUP head coach Scott Pennewill was named the PSAC Women’s Volleyball Coach of the Year.
