A Maryland woman has been charged with accidents involving damage to property and disobeying traffic control signals after a hit-and-run crash at North 9th and Water Streets early this month.
Police say 24-year-old Emily Mallin’s car collided with another car on October 3rd, but Mallin continued on without rendering aid or provide her information. Her car was later located in the 800 block of School Street, and the investigation revealed that she had run a red light, which caused the collision. The other driver has not been publicly identified.
