A woman faces charges of reckless endangerment for an incident earlier this month at the Wal-Mart Parking lot in White Township. State Police say around 7:03 PM on October 15th, an unidentified 37-year-old woman from Indiana drove her vehicle in a reckless manner while in the parking lot, almost hitting two men from Indiana, who were also not identified in the report.
A 19-year-old man has been charged with harassment and criminal mischief. Police say on October 27th, Austin Neely of Indiana and Kyle Weston of Creekside were attacked by an unidentified 19-year-old man. The suspect hit Neely several times in the face, and broke the cell phone belonging to Weston.
Two people were involved in a verbal argument that turned physical over the weekend. State Police say around 2:40 in the morning on Sunday, a 44-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman were engaged in an verbal argument when the woman spat on the man. The man pushed her down and she hit her head on a door frame. The woman was taken to IRMC. Both face a charge of harassment but the man faces an additional charge of assault.
