Tonight is an opportunity for people to meet the candidates for some of Indiana County’s Row Offices and the two candidates for the county judicial seat.
The League of Women Voters will hold their annual candidates night tonight at 7:00 at the Oak Place Community Center on Oak Street in Indiana. The nonpartisan event will focus on the races for the county judicial seat, the county treasurer and the recorder of deeds, register of wills, clerk of orphan’s court. All six of the candidates, representing each of the two major political parties, will be in attendance to answer questions provided by the audience.
If you want to submit a question, please arrive before 7:00 so you have time to write your question down. The questions will be screened by a panel before they are asked. If you are submitting a question, make it a general question that can be answered by all candidates.
If you can’t make it down, you can hear it on WCCS AM 1160 and FM 101.1 starting at 7:00.
