A 14-year-old boy has been charged with disorderly conduct for his actions in a classroom at Marion Center High School last month.
It happened September 28th. State police say the boy felt he had been treated unfairly when he was disciplined after a physical altercation. So he hid his cell phone and recorded an argument with his teacher in class. Should the charge remain intact, it will most likely be handled through juvenile probation.
Indiana Borough police also report an incident involving a 14-year-old boy. Police say that last Friday afternoon, the boy threw a rock through the window of a home in the 300 block of Nixon Avenue. A citation charging the teenager with criminal mischief was filed with District Judge Guy Haberl.
