Two more people have been arrested in a drug sweep in Indiana County.
The two individuals who were not named in the initial report have been arrested. They are 34-year-old Keon Anthony Clark of Rochester Mills and 33-year-old Vincent Lamar Jackson of Euclid, Ohio. Their arrests are part of a year-long investigation targeting mid-level drug dealers in Indiana county and the surrounding areas. The names were withheld as arrest warrants were not served against Clark and Jackson at the time of the initial announcement earlier this month.
Clark was charged on October 2nd with two drug-related counts, both felonies. He was taken to Indiana County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail, and he will have his preliminary hearing on November 16th before Judge Guy Haberl. State Police say that when he was taken into custody, he was found with about 200 stamp bags of Heroin. Clark then had additional charges added to him on October 10th. On those charges, his bail was increased by $50,000. Jackson was charged on October 3rd, with two felony drug charges and one misdemeanor charge. He has a preliminary hearing scheduled before District Judge Jennifer Rega on November 8th.
