After serving a three-game suspension and returning to the sideline this past Friday, sources have told Renda Broadcasting that Indiana High School varsity football coach JohnAllen Snyder has been suspended once again for the Indians’ final game of the 2017 season.
Snyder, who is in second year as head coach, stated Monday evening that he has not been made aware of any decision to suspend him. A meeting that was to take place Monday afternoon between Snyder and the Indiana Area School District administration was postponed due a personal situation that took Snyder out of town.
The Indiana Area School District Administration has withheld comment on Snyder’s suspension and at least for now, is not calling the situation a suspension. Superintendent Dale Kirsch has not yet returned calls to comment.
Sources told Renda Broadcasting news this afternoon that a meeting is planned with the head coach, but his personal situation has made him unavailable.
Snyder had just completed serving a three-week suspension from his duties and returned to the sidelines last Friday (Oct. 20) for the game against Mars at Kuzneski Field after missing games on September 29th, October 6th and 13th.
