Today’s police reports include thefts, a disorderly conduct, and two crashes.
An Aultman woman has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing a purse from a vehicle. Indiana Borough police filed the charges via criminal complaint against Joyce Herr. The theft occurred on October 16th on North 3rd Street.
Borough police also report charging a juvenile with disorderly conduct after they were summoned to the Adelphoi Village School on North 5th Street Friday afternoon for a disruptive student.
State police say a thief stole numerous hand tools and a motorcycle from a property along Laurel Road in Pine Township. The motorcycle is a green 2007 Suzuki LTF 400FK with a damaged seat. It happened between 1 o’clock Thursday afternoon and noon on Friday. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 357-1960.
State police say no one was injured yesterday morning in a crash on Route 422 in White Township. They do not provide details on the accident. The driver was 50-year-old John Roefaro of Altoona.
A Johnstown man escaped injury in an accident on October 11th on Power Plant Road in West Wheatfield Township. Police say 27-year-old King Dozier was distracted as he was reaching for an item in the back seat of his SUV. He crossed the road and struck a guardrail, then the vehicle rolled over two times.
