Criminal Call is scheduled in four dozen cases in Indiana County Court today, including two homicides, but those two cases have already been continued to a later date.
The Brady DiStefano case, as we detailed yesterday, has been continued to January 5th, with the defense having been granted access to medical records that it hopes will clear its client. DiStefano is accused of choking to death Caleb Zweig, his fraternity brother, during a fight last February.
Criminal Call for Nathaniel Price has been postponed until November 3rd. He is charged along with Justin Stevenson in the beating deaths of a man and woman at their apartment in Cherryhill Township last October. Price’s attorney filed an omnibus motion for pretrial relief early in September and last week he filed a supplement to that motion. Judge Thomas Bianco has scheduled an evidentiary hearing for October 18th.
