CONEMAUGH TOWNSHIP
Two Conemaugh Township men were cited for simple assault after a fight yesterday afternoon in Clarksburg. State police have not identified either of them. One is 70 years old, and the other is 45. Both suffered minor injuries.

Police also say a 48-year-old Commodore man reports the theft of a handgun from his bedroom. It happened between June 29th and this past Sunday at a home along Lovejoy Road in Green Township.
GLEN CAMPBELL BOROUGH
State Police from the Punxsutawney barracks are looking for a Glen Campbell man who violated a protection from abuse order against him. Police say that the victim, a 38-year-old woman, had an active PFA against 43-year-old Michael Shawn Bernd, and allegedly, Bernd made numerous phone calls to the victim Monday night before showing up at her home on Glenwood Avenue and knocking on her door at 2:49 AM. Bernd fled the scene before state police got there. Police say that they not only want him on the PFA violation, but they also have an active warrant for violating probation.
