Police in Cherry Tree are investigating a crash that happened Monday afternoon.
According to a news release, the crash happened shortly before 3:00 PM and was at the intersection of Route 422 and Simons Rock Road. A car driven by David Force of Indiana was going west on 422 when a car driven by Bryan Muthler of Loganton pulled out from Simons Rock Road and into Force’s path. Force’s vehicle hit Muthler’s vehicle, pushing it onto its passenger side.
David Force and his passenger, Susan Force, were taken to IRMC by Citizen’s Ambulance for treatment of unknown injuries. Muthler was taken to Conemaugh Hospital by Blacklick Valley EMS for treatment. Both vehicles were disabled and had to be towed.
