INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE
Indiana borough police are looking for someone who vandalized several cars in a dealership’s parking lot. Police say sometime between 9 PM on September 20th and 7 AM on the 21st, someone scratched the hoods of eight vehicles on the Delaney Chevrolet lot on Water Street. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-349-2121.

State Police from Punxsutawney are investigating a case of theft in the Northern part of Indiana County. This was on a construction site near the intersection of Fetterhoff Road and Neal Road in North Mahoning Township. State Police say between 5 PM on September 20th and 2 PM on the 21st, someone took an orange construction sign reading “Work Area Ahead” from the construction site. The thief or thieves fled the scene in an unknown direction. Punxsy-based state police can be called at 814-938-0510 if you have any information.

State police have charged a Shelocta man with harassment. This happened September 21st at an unknown location, but it was reported to Indiana-based state police. 33-year-old Michael T. “Mio” Schrecengost was alleged to have repeatedly contacted a 28-year-old Shelocta woman via cell phone and facebook.
