State police have filed charges against two men, accusing them of inappropriate texting to women.
Police say Garrett Hagerman of Penn Run turned himself in yesterday after initially refusing to do so. He is charged with terroristic threats under the domestic violence statute. According to police Hagerman sent threatening text messages to his wife, Amanda, on Tuesday afternoon. He was arraigned before District Judge George Thachick yesterday and ordered to the Indiana County Jail, with bond set at $10,000.
48-year-old Frank Remaley Sr. of Clymer is charged with harassment for allegedly sending multiple texts to a 46-year-old Green Township woman, including pictures containing graphic images.
