In separate reports, Indiana Borough police say a bicycle was stolen from the Indiana Schwinn store on South 5th Street, and about three hours later a Philadelphia man was caught riding it on the IUP campus.
The black Rally street bike was swiped from the store at about 4:45 PM yesterday. At 7:41 PM, Nasir Coleman was seen riding it in the area of Wallwork Hall on Pratt Drive. Coleman is charged with receiving stolen property.
