State police say a 29-year-old Homer City man faces charges of theft of services for stealing water for the Indiana County Municipal Services Authority. Police say the suspect’s water had been shut off for unpaid bills, but he cut a Master lock and damaged a plastic plug cover to restore the service. The property is along Route 56 East in Center Township.
Indiana Borough police have released reports on a number of individuals for possession of controlled substances. Included among them are marijuana possession charges against Dylan Rodgers of Altoona, Kristian Johnson of Blairsville, Tiara Suggs of Indiana, Robert Gibbons of Indiana, and Isaiah Niedermyer of Spring Mills, PA.
Other drug suspects charged via criminal complaint include Janice Lawson of Homer City, for possession of pills that were not prescribed to her; Angela Neely of Export, for possession of pills, marijuana, and paraphernalia; and Malik Meterko of Indiana, for possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness. Police say he was jumping in front of vehicles on Philadelphia Street early yesterday.
