Aaron J. “Jimbo” Stiffey, Jr., 45, of Bolivar, PA passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2017 as the result of a truck accident.
The son of Aaron J. Stiffey, Sr. and Irene F. (Roberts) Stiffey, he was born June 23, 1972 in Latrobe, PA.
Jimbo worked for Fenner Dunlop, Blairsville, as a senior crew leader.
He enjoyed driving his 1979 Ford pickup, cooking on the grill and spending time with his family when he was not working. He loved to fish and hunt.
Surviving are his mother, Irene F. Stiffey of Bolivar; his fiancée, Stacy M. Murphy of Bolivar; two sons, Alex W. Murphy and Shane G. Murphy, both of Bolivar; a sister, Wendy (Mike) Bracken of Armagh; a niece, Emilee Shaffer of Aultman; a nephew, Tom Bracken of Armagh; a great nephew, Jacob Shaffer and a great niece, Abby Shaffer.
He was preceded in death by his father in 2005 and an infant sister.
There will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, September 16, 2017, at the Fairfield Twp. Volunteer Fire Hall, Route 711, New Florence, PA with Rev. Cory A. Braatz officiating.
