Police report a number of thefts, an incident of vandalism, and two crashes.
A Razor E300 electric power scooter was stolen from the front of Sheetz on Wayne Avenue in Indiana around 4:30 AM Saturday. It is silver with black handlebars and wheels, and is valued at about $250.
Also early Saturday morning, shortly after 2 AM, Indiana Borough Police investigated the theft of two cell phones that were stolen from I Luv NY Pizza on Philadelphia Street. The identified victims reported that their phones were atop a table inside the restaurant when they got up to receive their orders. When they turned back, the phones were gone.

A case of theft by deception occurred in Burrell Township, State Police report. On September 5th at approximately 5:35 PM, an unknown suspect fraudulently withdrew $2,176.49 from the debit card account of 42-year-old Dawn Marie Ryan of Hickory Alley, Burrell Township.
State police report a bicycle theft in White Township. On September 1st between 7 and 12 AM, a blue, 26-inch Huffy bicycle was taken from the front porch of a home on the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue. The bike has a rusty chain and a spot light on the front. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 357-1960.
State police report an incident of burglary and vandalism at 135 West Oak Court in White Township. An unknown suspect reportedly vandalized items in the yard and in the garage of the residence between August 21st and 23rd within the hours of 7 PM to 5:15 AM.
State police in Indiana report a crash on Route 403 about 1200 feet north of Cramer Pike in East Wheatfield Township. At around 7:30 on August 31st, a 2007 Hyundai Sonata driven by 51-year-old Georgia A. Dorley of Johnstown was traveling north when it drifted off the right side of the roadway and struck an embankment. Dorley was not injured, but was charged with a traffic violation.
A crash for which no report is yet available occurred around 7:20 PM Friday night, also on Route 403, in Buffington Township. Vintondale fire department, Blacklick Valley Ambulance and Indiana State Police were dispatched.
