Today is Labor Day, a day that celebrates the American Labor movement. As today is a federal holiday, there are several closures in effect.
Federal, State and local government offices are closed for the day. This includes PennDOT Drivers License Centers and state liquor stores. Banks are closed for the day as financial markets in the United States will close for the day.
There will also be no mail delivery today, and post offices will be closed. IndiGo has announced that there will be no fixed route service today, and IndiGo’s offices will be closed for the day.
As far as garbage service goes, you may want to check with your garbage hauler, but many will delay pickup by one day.
