Another rough game for the Pittsburgh Pirates as they lost to the Cincinatti Reds 7-3 at PNC Park.
The Reds jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first inning, but the Pirates were able to keep pace with two runs in the second. After that, the Reds scored single runs in the third and sixth innings to cement the lead. The reds would add two more in the eighth and the Pirates would also add a run in the 8th, but the Pirates were never able to get back into the game.
The Pirates and the Reds play tonight at 6:40 on WCCS.
