The Marion Center School Board approved a performance review for an administrator and accepted two resignations.
The board approved a satisfactory rating for Superintendent Clint Weimer for the 2016-2017 contract year, whose overall rating was “above average.” Areas of Weimer’s performance under consideration included Leadership, Communication, Professional Growth, and Curriculum Management.
In other news, the board approved the retirement of Tina McQuillen, an instructional assistant who served Marion Center for 14 years. Another IA resigned as well. Lori Lezanic served as a lifeguard for 16 years. With her resignation, Marion Center is looking to hire a new lifeguard. If interested, you can apply on the district’s website.
