A Blairsville woman had quite a trip, but managed to escape injury yesterday afternoon in a crash alongside Old Indiana Road in Burrell Township.
State police say 28-year-old Jessica McKendrick’s SUV veered off the road onto the berm, which was several inches below the road surface, and when she tried to get back on the road, she over-corrected and hit the guide rail. After impact, the vehicle rolled down an embankment and hit a numbe rof trees before coming to rest on a large rock in a creek.
