UPDATE: Michael Reynolds had his hearings continued to a later date. No word yet on when that hearing will be.
Christopher McCormick has waived his preliminary hearings and will face charges in court.
WHAT WAS PREVIOUSLY REPORTED:Several preliminary hearings are being held today in Indiana County Courts, including two for a man who faces arson and assault charges.
Michael David Reynolds of Indiana faces charges of arson-danger of death or bodily injury, arson with intent to destroy an unoccupied building, burglary, reckless burning or exploding, and two counts of criminal mischief, all felonies, in a case from October 16th of 2016. He also faces charges of misdemeanor simple assault and harassment in march of this year. Reynolds will also face several summary trials.
44-year-old Jesse Allen Blough of Seward will go before District Judge Susanne Steffee facing two counts of aggravated assault, three charges of simple assault and single counts of reckless endangerment and a summary harassment charge. The charges come from an incident on February 19th of 2017.
Also having a preliminary hearing today is Christopher McCormick of Murraysville. He faces charges of theft by deception, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property in three separate cases. The first was reported September 27th, the second the next day, and the third on November 30th. He has been in Indiana County Jail unable to post bail in the three cases.
