The Pirates lost for a second straight day to the Toronto Blue Jays, 7-1, on Sunday to close out their three-game set in Toronto.
The Pirates were held to just four hits by five Blue Jays pitchers, including starting and winning pitcher J.A. Happ. Chad Kuhl took the loss for the Pirates.
Pittsburgh’s inter-league swing is over and they begin a six-game stretch with division foes Milwaukee and St. Louis with a trip to play the Brewers tomorrow.
