Indiana Borough Police are looking for a vandal that hit in the 500 block of Philadelphia Street between 10 PM Thursday and 1:30 AM Friday. This person slashed the tire of a vehicle known to police while parked in a parking lot. If you know anything about it, call police at 724-349-2121. Police are pursuing charges of criminal mischief against the person responsible.
PSP-PUNXSUTAWNEY
State Police in Punxsutawney are investigating a case of burglary in Northern Indiana County. Troopers say the theft was in Rossiter on Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Someone was able to get into two separate residences on Steffey Church Road and took several items from both places before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction. Police did not say what was taken from the houses. The homes belong to two men, one 28-years-old and one 40-years-old. If you have any information, call police at 814-938-0510.
