PINE TOWNSHIP
The driver suffered minor injuries yesterday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Tipperary Road in Pine Township. State police say it happened at about 6:15 AM when a car driven by 22-year-old Derrick Deyarmin of Cherry Tree slid off a left-hand curve into the woods, where it struck a tree head-on. Deyarmin was taken to the Indiana Regional Medical Center.
WHITE TOWNSHIP
State police say someone caused about $500 worth of damage to a shed at an address in the 100 block of Grandview Avenue in White Township. The damage at the home of David Castro of Indiana was discovered yesterday.
ARMSTRONG TOWNSHIP
State police report an identity theft case in Armstrong Township. The victim, a man from Shelocta, reported that someone had used unauthorized lines of credit in his name on July 14th and 15th.
