A 25-year-old Indiana woman with a criminal history of drug cases has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, along with possession of a controlled substance, and of drug paraphernalia.
Indiana Borough police say that on July 3rd, Ashley Nichole Hartzell was caught in the 200 block of South 3rd Street with 44 stamp bags of heroin and approximately 2.5 grams of raw heroin.
Hartzell has had several drug cases in the Armstrong County courts, having once lived in Yatesboro. That includes a current case scheduled for trial August 7th in which she’s charged with conspiracy to possession with intent to deliver. She also has a preliminary hearing scheduled for August 22nd in Armstrong County.
For the latest charges, she is awaiting a preliminary hearing before District Judge Guy Haberl in Indiana.
