INDIANA BOROUGH
An Indiana man faces charges of simple assault and harassment connected with an incident Sunday at an apartment complex. Indiana borough police say around 2:30 PM on July 23rd, a domestic incident happened at Regency Square between 34-year-old Michael Vaughn and a female victim who was not identified in the police report. During the altercation, the woman suffered injuries. Vaughn was taken into custody and placed in Indiana County Jail pending his arraignment in front of District Judge Guy Haberl.

An Indiana woman is charged with Simple assault in an incident on July 17th. State Police say that Elizabeth Strauss of Indiana and an un-named man from New York state were in a verbal dispute when Strauss scratched the man across his back. This happened at a residence on East Pike Road in White Township.
