In Cambria County, six suspects were taken into custody in a drug sweep this week involving opioids in the Johnstown, Northern Cambria, and Cherry Tree areas.
35-year-old Cindy Lee Deyarmin of the 1500 block of Greenwich Road, Cherry Tree, is accused of selling $75 worth of suboxone in a parking lot in Northern Cambria. Greenwich Road extends from Indiana County into Cambria County, but according to online mapping tools, Deyarmin’s address lies in Indiana County.
26-year-old Christopher Webb and 32-year-old Joshua Stauffer, both of Northern Cambria, were arrested as well, each for selling forty dollars worth of suboxone strips in Northern Cambria.
Three of the suspects are from Johnstown, 34-year-old Sabrina Rogers, 55-year-old Samuel Webb, and 20-year-old John Reed.
The arrests happened Tuesday and Wednesday. All of the suspects face multiple charges. Deyarmin was released on unsecured bond. The other five were placed in the Cambria County Prison to await court action.
