PITT BASKETBALL: PANTHERS TO PLAY WEST VIRGINIA

Pitt basketball has released its non-conference schedule for next season, and it includes the renewal of the rivalry with West Virginia, on December 9^th. The two teams last played in 2012, but they’ve played 184 times over the years in a series that began in 1904. The City Game against Duquesne will be December 1^st at PPG Paints Arena.  Pitt will play Navy for the first time in twenty years, on November 10^th. That will be in Annapolis at the Veterans Classic.  Other non-conference opponents for the Panthers next season will be Montana and UC-Santa Barbara, Lehigh, High Point, Mount St. Mary’s, McNeese State, Delaware State, and Towson.
