WHITE TOWNSHIP
State police say a customer passed a counterfeit $100 bill last weekend at the Eat-n-Park Restaurant in White Township. It happened between midnight and 8 AM last Saturday. The bill was originally thought to be genuine and was placed in the bank deposit bag at the end of the working day. Police have not given a description of a suspect.
CENTER TOWNSHIP
A Homer City woman is the victim of an identity theft. Police say the 29-year-old lives along Red Barn Road in Center Township and her bank car information was used to make purchases totaling $61.36 in York County last Saturday.
CONEMAUGH TOWNSHIP
A cell phone belonging to a Saltsburg woman was stolen Wednesday evening at the Dollar general Store along Leech Avenue in Conemaugh Township. Police say it’s a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge valued at $350. The owner is Dinah Campbell.
