The Altoona Curve offense did not show up and the Curve lost to the Richmond Flying Squirrels 10-1. The Curve never had the lead as they scored in the bottom of the first to tie it at 1-1. After that, Richmond scored a run in the second and third innings and broke the game wide open in the 5th, putting another four runs across the plate. Alex McRae took the loss for the curve, he’s now 4-2, and he tied a franchise record, giving up 14 hits on the day. The Curve and the Flying Squirrels will continue their series today with a double header at People’s Natural Gas Field starting at 4:00.
