The Street and Smith and Lindy’s college football preseason polls have been released and defending champ Northwest Missouri State is again picked No. 1 in both polls.
In the Street and Smith poll , California University is picked No. 3, IUP No. 11 , Edinboro 16th and West Chester 21st.
Lindy’s poll has IUP No. 5 , California 7th and IUP opponent Ashland University 20th .
IUP senior cornerback Jay Watkins is also chosen as a second team All-American.
