Starting Monday, there will be another traffic change in the Route 119 Homer City North Roadways Improvement Project in Center Township.
PennDOT says a portion of Old Route 119 will close on Monday between Trail Lane and the new connector road past the Sheetz store. The road will be reconstructed and is expected to reopen in mid-August. The posted detour will use routes 119 and 56.
The $9.3 million project is in its third construction season and is expected to be completed in the late fall of this year.
