C. Kenneth Moreau Jr., age 83 of Indiana, died Thursday, May 25, 2017 at Moorehead House in Indiana.
He was born in 1933 in Indiana to C. Kenneth Moreau Sr., and Mary Kathleen Rogan Moreau.
Mr. Moreau was a member of St. Bernard of Clairvaux Roman Catholic Church, Indiana, a life member of the BPO Elks, and a life member of the IFA.
He was a veteran of the Korean War, having served in the U.S. Army.
He was a part owner of A.F. Moreau Construction for more than 30 years. Additionally, he was employed as a supervisor with PennDOT for 12 years prior to his retirement.
He is survived by four children: C. Kenneth Moreau III and wife Kay, of Indiana; Elizabeth Weaver and husband Bob, of Darnestown, MD; Timothy Moreau and wife Linette, of Shelocta; Amy Grove and husband Dan, of Pittsburgh; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and his longtime companion Diane Smith, of Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Donald and John, and a sister, Patricia Lockard.
Funeral services are private and have been entrusted to the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana. Interment will be made in the St. Bernard Cemetery.
