A man sought by State Police for charges connected with an incident Thursday night in White Township is now in the Indiana County Jail.
Police were looking for any help in finding 43-year-old Ryan McAdoo, as he faced a felony charge of aggravated assault, two charges of misdemeanor simple assault, and single counts of reckless endangerment and summary harassment. The charges stemmed from an incident Thursday night at a home in White Township. McAdoo had threatened an unidentified female victim with a knife on two occasions during the incident, and had even shoved the woman against the side of the house while the two were outside.
State Police say McAdoo was located in Mercer County on Friday and he was taken back to Indiana County where he was arraigned Saturday Morning in front of District Judge Susanne Steffee. Bail was set at $25,000 and he was remanded to the Indiana County Jail.
A preliminary hearing is set for June 6th at Judge Steffee’s courtroom.
