The Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex has announced another major act will perform there in November.
The Beach Boys will perform at the KCAC on Thursday, November 16th at 7:30 pm. The Beach Boys are one of the fundamental bands that brought the California “beach” sound to the world of pop music. With hits like “Surfin’ USA”, “California Girls”, “Good Vibrations” and “Kokomo”, the Beach Boys have had hits that spanned from the early 60’s to the late 1980’s, and their music remains instantly recognizable. The Beach Boys have sold over 100 million records worldwide and received more than 33 RIAA Platinum and Gold Record awards, and have been touring for the last five decades.
Leading the Beach Boys for their show at the KCAC will be Mike Love, one of the founding members and writer of their first song “Surfin’”, and long time member Bruce Johnston. The concert will not feature Brian Wilson, Al Jardine or David Marks.
Tickets for the show will go on sale on June 2nd at 10:00 AM at the KCAC Box Office, online at kovalchickcomplex.com or on the phone by calling 1-800-514-3849.
