The Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the Pirates, 4-3, in 10 innings Tuesday night.
Pinch-hitter Austin Barnes doubled home pinch-running pitcher Ross Stripling with two out in the 10th inning.
Pinch-hitter John Jaso’s gave the Pirates a 3-2 lead with a solo homer in the eighth inning. Pirates closer Tony Watson blew the save in the bottom of the ninth when Corey Seager, Justin Turner and Cody Bellinger hit consecutive singles.
Reliever Daniel Hudson took the loss for the Pirates.
