The Pittsburgh Pirates shut out the Milwaukee Brewers 4-0 at PNC Park last night, despite having to sit through a lengthy rain delay.
The scoring started with Gregory Polanco hitting a sharp line drive to center field in the bottom of the fourth that scored Josh Bell. Jose Osuna scored Polanco on a throwing error by the Brewers. Wade LeBlanc also got an RBI as he drove in Fransisco Cervelli. The final run came as Josh Bell hit a solo home run in the Bottom of the 5th.
Weather permitting, the Pirates and Brewers play tonight starting at 6:40 on WCCS.
