An Indiana man has been charged with five counts each of burglary, theft, and receiving stolen property for breaking into five Indiana Borough apartments and stealing numerous items while IUP students were away on Easter break.
Borough police say 21-year-old Takeal Clemons burglarized apartments in the 800 and 900 blocks of Church Street, the 100 block of South 10th Street, and two locations in the 400 block of South 6th Street between April 14th and 16th.
An arrest warrant for Clemons has been issued by District Judge Guy Haberl. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call your local police department or state police.
