Three young men have been charged with stealing a camper from along Route 240 in Green Township, setting it up in the woods, and using it numerous times over a ten-day period this month.
18-year-old Jacob Daisher, 20-year-old Zachary Roof, and 20-year-old Andrew Bouch are the suspects. Daisher and Roof are from Commodore, Bouch is from Mahaffey. They’re accused of smashing a window to get into a large building owned by a 72-year-old Cherry Tree man, stealing the pop-up camper stored there, and towing it to a location in the middle of the woods. A neighbor found the camper and notified police.
Charges include burglary, theft, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and receiving stolen property.
